Description
Dermexcel Inflacin Acne Repair Serum is a lightweight serum for oily, blemish-prone and combination skin. Salicylic acid (3%) works inside the pores to help clear the look of blackheads and blemishes, while zinc PCA (1%) helps balance excess oil.
Niacinamide (4%) helps calm the look of redness and supports the skin barrier, and hydroxypinacolone retinoate, a gentle retinoid, helps smooth texture and the look of early signs of ageing. Panthenol and allantoin help keep skin comfortable.

How to use
- Apply morning and/or evening to freshly cleansed, dry skin.
- Use 1 to 2 pumps, smoothed over the face or areas of concern.
- Use on evenings when you are not applying a chemical exfoliant, and wear sunscreen daily.
