Our products may not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.  All trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners. All company, product and service names used in this website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names,trademarks and brands does not imply endorsement.

Online Store

You are 18 years of age or older and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The information you have supplied on your order form is accurate.

You must not transmit any software viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Suppsco can in our sole discretion limit or cancel orders or quantities purchased per person or per household, but you will be contacted and advised of such. You agree to provide the correct and current information in order to conclude all purchases at our store.

Third party links on this site may direct you to third party websites not affiliated with us. We are not liable for any loss or expense as a result of a transaction with a third party. Please address this directly with the third party.

Online payments done by credit card are made in ZAR and are processed by Yoco. Please review their privacy policy in this regard. Suppsco utilises this secure gateway to authorise credit card transactions, should we not receive authorisation, your order will be cancelled.  Payments made by Electronic Fund Transfer will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds on any products. Exchanges will be allowed should Suppsco be notified within 3 days of delivery of the product, and only if the product has not been damaged or altered, is not missing any parts, is unused and not damaged, there are replacements available and is in its original packaging (if applicable). If no replacement is available, a gift card will be issued.

Please note that the shipping costs and the costs to return are not refundable. Before you plan on returning and exchanging an item, please contact us on info@suppsco.co.za in order to inform us of such. We will not be responsible should returned goods not be received.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. If unused, they will expire. Gift cards may not be used to buy other gift cards and cannot be exchanged for cash. Should the total of the purchase not be sufficient for the value of the Gift Card, the balance will need to be settled by credit card.

Products

Suppsco reserves the right to decide which products to sell and at what price points to sell them at. We also reserve the right to discontinue or change prices and products. Please note that your computer monitor may display colours differently to those that have been photographed due to the nature of your screen and we cannot guarantee an exact match in certain instances.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of service.

Prohibition

In addition to other prohibitions as detailed in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Suppsco site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to participate in any unlawful practise; to violate any international, national, provincial or local regulations or laws; to infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of any others; to harass, abuse, discriminate or intimidate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or malicious software or any form or to interfere with the security processes of this website.

You agree to indemnify or defend Suppsco and its respective affiliates, partners, suppliers and employees and any third-party service providers, from and against all losses and expenses (including attorney and own client costs) arising from or related to the use of this site.

These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby you are provided with services by Suppsco are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Suppsco reserves the right to update or change these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Suppsco website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms of service.
