DermExcel™ Inflacin Serum is a lightweight serum for oily, blemish-prone and combination skin. Salicylic acid (3%) works inside the pores to help clear the look of blackheads and blemishes, while zinc PCA (1%) helps balance excess oil.

Niacinamide (4%) helps calm the look of redness and supports the skin barrier, and hydroxypinacolone retinoate, a gentle retinoid, helps smooth texture and the look of early signs of ageing. Panthenol and allantoin help keep skin comfortable.
