DermExcel™ Dermaplan Firsthand Treatment is a ceramide-dominant hand cream for dry, sun-exposed hands that are starting to show signs of ageing. It combines ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids with humectants and emollients for long-lasting hydration.
Niacinamide helps even out the look of skin tone and sun spots, while d-panthenol and hyaluronic acid help hands look smoother and feel softer and more resilient.

How to use
- Apply to clean hands morning and evening, and after washing.
- Massage in thoroughly, including the backs of the hands and cuticles.
- Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen on the backs of the hands during the day.
