Description
DermExcel™ Dermalytic is a high-strength cream-ointment for very rough, dry and hardened skin on the body. It combines 20% urea with 10% glycolic acid and 10% lactic acid to loosen and lift away dry, thickened skin while drawing moisture into the new surface.
Petrolatum, mineral oil, lanolin and glycerin help seal in hydration, and the cream-ointment base is designed not to leave a heavy, greasy feel. It suits heels, elbows, knees, hands and bumpy skin on the upper arms and thighs.

How to use
- Apply once or twice daily to dry, rough or callused areas.
- For best results, apply after bathing and cover the area overnight, for example with cotton socks.
- If sensitivity occurs, stop for a few days, then resume every third day or as tolerated.

Good to know
- Contains active ingredients: read our Active Ingredients guide before use.
- Too strong for the face. Do not apply to the face, sensitive areas or broken skin.
- Contains alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), which can make skin more sensitive to the sun. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
- Contains lanolin.
- Patch test on a small area first and stop use if irritation occurs.
- For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
