La Roche-Posay Effaclar K+ is a fast-absorbing aquagel for oily and blemish-prone skin with blackheads, including adult and sensitive skin.
LHA and salicylic acid gently exfoliate to smooth texture and help unclog pores, Airlicium and silica absorb excess oil, and carnosine and vitamin E add antioxidant support.

How to use
- Apply morning and evening to clean skin.
- A moisturiser can be layered on top if needed.
- In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum, high-SPF sunscreen and reapply during the day.
