Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Practice / Salon Application Process

1.1 To become a wholesaler for Suppsco Pty Ltd (“Suppsco”), interested parties must complete the designated wholesale application form. After submission, Suppsco will review the application and notify you via email upon approval. Once approved, you will be able to log in to the Suppsco site to view and order products at your allocated wholesale price list.

1.2 You must register as a Practice or Salon customer by visiting the “Application” link located at the top right of each page.

1.3 Suppsco reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications based on business viability, alignment with our brand values, and other factors at our discretion. Suppsco is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for declining an application.

2. Qualifying as a Wholesale Customer

2.1 Medical Practice customers must provide Suppsco with the required documentation to verify their status as a registered medical practice.

2.2 Salon customers must provide Suppsco with physical location details to verify their status as an operational beauty salon.

2.3 New wholesale customers must place a minimum order of R10,000 (based on wholesale prices) in their shopping cart to qualify for wholesale pricing. Orders that do not meet this minimum requirement may be cancelled or processed at retail prices at Suppsco’s discretion.

2.4 Suppsco reserves the right to adjust the minimum order requirements at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Wholesale prices are available only upon approval of your wholesale application. After approval, wholesale prices will be accessible upon logging into your account. Please note that for your first order, wholesale prices are activated only when your shopping cart subtotal reaches the minimum opening order amount of R10,000.

3.2 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3.3 Payment can be made using one of the secure platforms provided at checkout or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). EFT payments must be made using the details provided during checkout and must be completed within the specified timeframe.

4. Orders & Shipping Terms

4.1 Orders will be processed only after payment has cleared in Suppsco’s account. This includes EFT payments, which must be verified before order processing.

4.2 Suppsco will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.

4.3 Free shipping is not available on Practice / Salon accounts. All shipping costs will be calculated and provided at checkout.

4.4 International shipping is not available on the wholesale platform. For inquiries regarding international shipping, please email logistics@suppsco.co.za for more information.

4.5 Orders will be dispatched within two working days of receipt of funds in Suppsco’s account. Delivery to main city centers typically takes 1 to 4 working days, while remote areas may require up to 7 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept your order.

4.6 While rare, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or strikes may cause delivery delays. Late delivery does not qualify for a refund or cancellation. If your delivery exceeds the estimated times, please contact logistics@suppsco.co.za with your order number for assistance.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Wholesale customers must inspect all products upon receipt. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to Suppsco within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the right to return or exchange the products.

5.2 Returns and exchanges are subject to Suppsco’s approval and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that medical products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

5.3 If a return is approved, the products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on Suppsco’s part.

6. Product Information

6.1 Wholesale customers are provided with access to detailed product information, including ingredients, usage instructions, and certifications.

6.2 Suppsco reserves the right to update product information and formulations without prior notice.

7. Marketing and Branding

7.1 Wholesale customers are authorized to use Suppsco-provided marketing materials for the promotion of our products.

7.2 Wholesale customers must adhere to Suppsco’s branding guidelines and may not alter product labels or packaging without written consent from Suppsco.

8. Termination

8.2 Suppsco reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately for any reason, including but not limited to changes in business strategy, product discontinuation, or breaches of these terms and conditions.

8.3 Any wholesale account in breach of these terms and conditions will be removed from Suppsco’s listings and will no longer be able to purchase at wholesale prices.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Wholesale customers agree to keep confidential all non-public information, including pricing, product formulations, and business strategies, obtained through the wholesale partnership with Suppsco.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
