- Retail Customers:
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- All orders placed for personal use are subject to these Terms and to the CPA.
- Wholesale Customers:
- Suppsco supplies selected products to registered medical practices, aesthetic clinics, salons, and other approved professional accounts at wholesale rates.
- To open a wholesale account, you must provide valid proof of practice registration or business credentials, and Suppsco reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its sole discretion.
- Wholesale pricing, promotions, and benefits may differ from retail pricing and are available only to authorised account holders.
- Wholesale orders may be subject to minimum order quantities and/or value thresholds as communicated from time to time.
- Products supplied under wholesale agreements are intended for resale or professional use only and may not be diverted into grey-market or unauthorised sales channels.
- Suppsco reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts in cases of abuse, breach of these Terms, or non-payment.
- Our products are intended for skincare, haircare, aesthetic, or supplement purposes and are not medical substitutes.
- They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new skincare, aesthetic treatment, or supplement regime, particularly if you have medical conditions or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Colours, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from images displayed online.
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment methods: Yoco, PayFast, credit/debit cards, EFT, or other approved gateways.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and cleared.
- We use secure payment gateways; Suppsco does not store card details.
- If payment is not authorised, your order will be cancelled.
- Delivery is available throughout South Africa (and internationally by request).
- Dispatch will occur within 3–5 working days of payment clearance, subject to stock.
- Delivery times vary by location; estimated timelines are provided at checkout.
- Risk passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. Suppsco is not liable for loss or unauthorised use after confirmed delivery.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Retail Customers (CPA Rights):
- You may return products within 7 working days of delivery in line with Section 56 of the CPA if they are defective, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality.
- If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, contact us immediately. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging unless defective.
- Returns due to change of mind or incorrect purchase are for exchange/store credit only.
- Delivery/return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Wholesale Customers:
- Returns are limited to defective or damaged products only.
- “Change of mind” returns are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing.
- All wholesale returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue (CPA compliant).
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used to buy another voucher.
- SuppscoBucks loyalty rewards are earned and redeemed online only.
- SuppscoBucks cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used to pay for shipping unless specified.
- Expiry or other conditions will be communicated on your account dashboard.
- All trademarks, logos, content, product descriptions, and images remain the property of Suppsco or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit content without written permission.
- Suppsco processes personal information in compliance with POPIA.
- Information may be shared with secure service providers (e.g. couriers, payment gateways) to fulfil your order.
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

You may not use our Site or products for:
- Any unlawful purpose or to encourage unlawful acts.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code.
- Harassing, defaming, or discriminating against others.
- Interfering with website security or data.
- Suppsco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or products.
- Our maximum liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product(s).
- Use of products is at your own risk; patch testing is recommended for sensitive skin.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suppsco, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Site or breach of these Terms.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- Any disputes not resolved directly may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa, held in Cape Town, in English
- We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our Site.
- Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
