This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how goods may be returned to Suppsco (Pty) Ltd. It applies to both retail customers and wholesale customers (medical practices and salons). All returns are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
- Retail customers may return unwanted products within 7 days of delivery under the CPA (“cooling-off period” for online purchases).
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
- Returns are at the customer’s cost, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed as store credit within 14 business days after inspection.
- Sale/clearance items are final and non-returnable.
- Wholesale orders are firm and cannot be returned for “change of mind”.
- Returns are only accepted if products are defective, incorrectly supplied, or agreed to in writing by Suppsco.
- All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must notify Suppsco within 7 days of delivery if a product is defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise not as described.
- Suppsco will arrange collection at our cost and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- Defects arising from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are excluded.
- Important: Damage or loss occurring during shipping is covered under our [Shipping & Delivery Policy]. Customers are required to file a claim directly with the courier. Suppsco will provide reasonable assistance but is not liable for courier negligence..
- Certain products contain active ingredients that may cause mild irritation upon first use. Customers are encouraged to patch test before full use.
- If you experience a severe adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact Suppsco.
- Refunds or replacements due to adverse reactions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate, photos).
- If you receive an incorrect product, notify Suppsco within 24 hours.
- Suppsco will collect the incorrect item and send the correct product at no cost to you.al and non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed only after returned goods have been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed as store credit within 14 business days after inspection.-
